Semillitas partnered with TMD Creative to connect families in Santa Cruz County with early wealth-building accounts. With a short grant-funded window, the challenge was to reach a specific audience and drive action under geographic and timing constraints.
To meet this challenge, TMD launched a hyper-targeted, bilingual digital campaign. Organic social media content was repurposed for paid placements, and digital ads were deployed to deliver a clear call-to-action across devices.
Through TMD’s digital capabilities, Semillitas’ campaign achieved over 824,000 impressions, increased web engagement by 1,075%, and reached a click-through rate nine times over the national average.

United Way & Siembra Latinos Celebrations
TMD Creative was proud to attend the annual Community Breakfast, where United Way Monterey County celebrated 25 years of advancing its mission: to build a stronger, more connected community by supporting financial stability, housing, and child care access for local families.
Our very own Monica Tovar, Board Chair of United Way, kicked off the morning with passion and purpose. The event brought together a community united around creating a lasting impact for our Monterey County.
At this year’s Siembra Latinos Celebration, the 2025 Alfred Diaz-Infante Award was presented to María Elena Manzo, Founder and Executive Director of Mujeres en Acción.
Her leadership and advocacy for immigrant women and working families have planted lasting seeds of equity and empowerment throughout our community.
