In addition to producing national quality, award winning works, TMD and its founder Nicholas Pasculli in particular, put that same level of commitment and creativity into dozens of non-profits, foundations and community groups.
Having served on a number of boards, it is Nicholas Pasculli’s core philosophy to give back and pay it forward. Currently Nicholas Pasculli serves on the board of directors for the Hartnell College Foundation, the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and the Produce Marketing Association’s Membership Committee. Prior directorships included; Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce, Oldtown Salinas Association, Salinas Jaycees, American Red Cross, Rancho Cielo, Diocese of Monterey Vocations, Sunset Center-Carmel, Kinship Center, California Agricultural Leadership Alumni Council, United Fresh, and The Housing Advocacy Council.
TMD, in its rich 20 year history, has worked with over 100 nonprofits, contributed over $2 million in monetary and pro bono contributions and worked thousands of volunteer hours for many deserving organizations.
